Good facilities and a delicious and savoury breakfast with croissants, beans, grilled vegetables...

Well priced and recently refurbished hotel with friendly attentive staff at the reception desk. Efficient location to all the major attractions including the Christmas markets, all was really good. Popped in Salm Braeu for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue. I had a delicious meal at the gourmet restaurant.

They left hand-written, personal welcoming note in the hotel. The welcoming note is just an example. They paid particular attention to all detail so that their guests have a pleasant stay.

It's an excellent hotel located in a very central area in Vienna city centre. The service is an excellent one and always with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable with all the necessary facilities - a bottle of water for every night spent in the hotel and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff is very helpful and they try to meet your requests - I asked for two quite rooms and our wish was fulfilled at its best!

The breakfast is very expensive - it should be included in the price.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. While the outside is not quite as typically glamorous as the surrounding Vienese building, the inside is fitting tribute to art deco. The restaurant serves fablulous food - we only stopped for a "light" bite to eat and were over whelmed with the choice. The rooms are exceedingly comfortable, with beds that you won't want to get out of in the morning but there's always the Nespresso coffee maker to help. The staff are incredibly helpful and take time to help with directions, booking theatre tickets or recommending restaurants that would otherwise remain undiscovered.

We really liked the location and the comfort of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, since the breakfast was a little overpriced and there is a lot of restaurants near by, where you can have good and reasonable breakfast. In general, the stay was very pleasant and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something comfortable and close to downtown..

brakfast is overpriced and the internet connection is also very expensive. For this kind of money those services should be included in the price..

It was just a fine choice for a break on a long journey in Vienna with excellent value for money. The reception staff were really pleasant and the lobby area looked modern and clean. Make sure to ask for window access for better ventilation. It can get a bit stuffy.

my room was in the attic (7th floor). In December it was not that warm from the beginning, only after 1 day it felt comfortable with regard to the in-room temperature.

The hotel is located in the very centre with good connections. Staff is helpful and breakfast and dinners of excellent quality. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean

Great location and spacious room. Take your Nespresso caps - the rooms have machines, but the complementary caps run to one per person, per day. If you forget, we found two Nespresso stores in the city.

Paying for wi-fi. With so many establishments, hotels included, offering free wi-fi, why do some - noticeably the better quality establishments - insist on charging for wi-fi access. Encouraged me not to take breakfast in the hotel, when there were nearby cafes with free access.

The fact that it is fully booked most of the time and that it gets overcrowded at breakfast.

Excellent location for all the main sights of Vienna. Easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Comfortable bar and excellent buffet breakfast.

Room was supposed to be a superior room but more like 3 star hotel room. Not very clean and bathroom fittings broken.

- Front desk staff was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. - Hotel was modern and clean, good amenities (including free WiFi). - Location was OK (on the outside edge of the tourist areas).

Requested 2 beds in each of our 3 rooms in the web booking and called to confirm this was ok. They gave us 3 rooms each with one bed. We managed to get one room with 2 beds. Annoying really. Construction out front of the hotel ALL NIGHT LONG. Hard to imagine how that is permitted. People rent hotel room to sleep.

I had an amazing stay, especially loved the buffet breakfast with all the delicious options and the well-stocked bar with friendly bartenders. The Klimt-themed room was a real treat!
